could you give me some tips on how to go about and open a nail and beauty salon for girls, i can find people to do the job but not sure what kind of equipment and tools do i require to face the chalanges out there.I would like to open a Nail and Beauty Salon?

Contact your local college and enrol on a Business Course. When you have finished this they will be able to advise you best on how to go about opening your business. Also they will be able to direct you to business enterprise company's who will help you.
yes go to m/s warehouse in cheetemhill they will advise you on what is needed and the have what you need there but i advise you they dont come cheap

If you don't have a background in this field I think it would be best to find a ';partner'; who does. I'm presuming your background is business, and getting a partner to oversee and advise on the salon end would be a great asset. You absolutely have to do the research necessary to learn as much as you can, but there's nothing like ';hands on'; experience. Good luck!
