Hi,

Here are my suggestions:

- Keep yourself fit - running or swimming two or three times a week is plenty. Find an activity that you really enjoy.

- Cleanse, tone and moisturise twice daily but make sure you find products that are suited to your skin, e.g. if you don't have any spots, don't use ProActiv as that would just strip your skin of its natural oils. Try the Clinique Skin Report (http://www.clinique.co.uk/templates/user鈥?/a> which tells you your skin type and the [Clinique] products that would suit you best. Clinique is good stuff, but if you can't afford it then the skin report will give you an idea of what sort of products you might be looking for in other brands. If you keep up with that routine two times a day, making sure you remove all your make-up, then your skin will be great!

- Try and moisturise your whole body as often as you can - you should really do it twice a day, but obviously not everyone has the time (or inclination!) to do that. It's perfectly OK if you moisturise a few times a week, just to keep your skin healthy. In the summer you could use a tinted moisturiser, for that gorgeous summer glow!

- As for your hair, have a look around the internet for pics and find a style that you really like and that really suits you. But of course, have a style that's maintainable - the models in photos may have gorgeous hair but it doesn't just grow like that, their stylists probably spend hours getting it perfect. I'm lucky because my hair's very wavy and I can just scrunch it, so if yours is wavy/curly too that's probably one of the easiest ways you can get your hair to look good. If you have straight hair, then no problem, you could blow-dry it straight (gives it more volume - you will never see celebrities with flat hair) or even put in rollers at night and sleep with them, for a gorgeous curl that stays in all day!

- Make sure you have your hair trimmed every 6-8 weeks - if you're trying to grow it, not maintain a length, ask for a 'dusting' which just takes off the very ends, tidying them up.

- Also, you will never see celebrities with dull hair - some people just have really shiny, fantastically-coloured hair so if you do, you're lucky. If you feel yours is a bit 'bleurgh' though, you could dye it just a shade darker or lighter than your natural hair colour to give it a bit of 'oomph'. Or, you could get some highlights run through it (if you're blonde), or lowlights (if you dark) to bring out your natural colour. Don't try and dye your hair from dark to blonde or vice versa - it looks incredibly fake and tacky!

- As for your nails, hands and feet look after them all. Moisturise your feet at night (you can sleep in socks, which locks the moisture in) and carry a hand cream around with you at all times. Use it especially after you've washed your hands, to stop them from getting dried out. As for your nails, have an emery board in your purse/bag - if you do break a nail, then just file it down (always in one direction, not backwards and forwards) rather than bite it into shape (I had a bad habit of doing that, so my emery board is now by best friend). Nothing looks worse than bitten nails, trust me!

- Get your eyebrows in shape and tinted a bit if they're very pale (not overly, especially if you're blonde) just so you can see them. You can maintain them yourself by tweezing any stray hairs, but get them tidied up now and then (perhaps every month) to keep them in shape.

- As for make-up, I'm sure you've heard this a million times, but KEEP IT NATURAL. That is, just a little mascara and discreet eyeliner, and a thin layer of foundation if you need it. If you buy a decent foundation and concealer, you won鈥檛 need to reapply it throughout the day, thus avoiding the 'cakey' look. For tips on how to apply natural make-up, have a look at this website:

- Clothes-wise, go shopping and buy what suits you, something YOU feel fab in. Buying something just because that's what the rest of your school are wearing is not a valid reason to buy it, and you won鈥檛 necessarily feel happy in it. True style is knowing your own style, flaunting it and people will respect you for that.

This website might sum up what I've just said for you:

I hope I answered your question - be individual!

I know that after ~Mistic Dreams~ answer mine seems dumb but a very simple skin trick is DO NOT TOUCH YOUR FACE!! Also its good to tie your hair back at night to keep the oil from your hair off your face but dont do this if your hair is damp or you will end up with a horrible kink in your hair in the morning. One more thing for skin is Duac cream it dries spots right up but only after affect is that it dries up skin...
Use Olay Gentle Foaming Face Wash twice a day that helps fight blackheads, keeps your face soft and oil free, cleans makeup off, and helps your face from getting acne or blemishes.
Just maintain your finger nails clean and trimmed.
um, i really can't beat the first answer.

make sure you bathe.
