Beauty - nails!!!!!!!!!?

I don't know what color to paint my nails without it looking cheap like the color or quality. I have mildly tan skin and big moons (that is what I call the white on the bottom on my finger and toe nails). TEEHEE. But what will look good for me do you think. Should I go neutral or wild? Also can you give me some affordable brands? Plus does M.A.C. sell nail polish? Fake nails for home?





P.S. My school has a rule with not school approperatie. So I guess neutral colors but I need help with what colors. For summer I would like any color you have in mind.Beauty - nails!!!!!!!!!?
Hot pink always works out good. But gold always looks good too. And also, there are those tinted nailpolishes. The ones that just put a slight shade of color on your nails but not full on, you know what I'm talking about? That wont cover your moons though. I can't remember what brands I get but I'm guessing it's revlon and that kind of stuff since I get it from the drug store. I think Mac has nailpolish but I haven't been there in a while so I'm not sure.Beauty - nails!!!!!!!!!?
